These Terms cover your use of rocketsquare.ca and the scraping, ETL, and data services Rocket Square provides. By using the site or our services, you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use either.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. If you’re acting for a company, you confirm you can bind that company to these Terms.
We extract data from publicly available sources and related systems you ask us to target. You’re responsible for making sure your use of the data and our work complies with applicable law and the target site’s rules. Tell us about login walls, personal data, or other constraints up front.
Site content, branding, and our tooling remain Rocket Square’s property unless we agree otherwise in writing. Delivered datasets for a paid engagement are yours to use under that engagement — you don’t get a license to our scrapers or internals unless we say so.
Services are provided “as is.” We don’t promise that every target will stay scrapeable forever, or that every record will be perfect. We do stand behind agreed delivery commitments for paid work.
We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from the site or services, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
We may update these Terms. The version on this page is the one that applies. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
