These Terms cover your use of rocketsquare.ca, accounts on the site, and the data acquisition, structuring, and automation-pipeline services Rocket Square provides. By using the site or our services, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use either.

Who can use this

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. If you’re acting for a company, you confirm you can bind that company to these Terms.

Accounts

You’re responsible for the credentials and OAuth accounts you use to sign in, and for activity under your account. Keep API keys private. We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, or unpaid invoices.

Data acquisition and pipeline services

We collect data from publicly available sources and related systems you ask us to target, and we deliver it through pipelines you specify. You're responsible for making sure your use of the data and our work complies with applicable law and the target site's rules. Tell us about login walls, personal data, or other constraints up front.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and our tooling remain Rocket Square’s property unless we agree otherwise in writing. Delivered datasets for a paid engagement are yours to use under that engagement — you don't get a license to our pipelines or internals unless we say so.

Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is.” We don’t promise that every target will stay available forever, or that every record will be perfect. We do stand behind agreed delivery commitments for paid work.

Liability

We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from the site or services, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The date above reflects the latest version posted here. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
